I will NOT stay at a Station Casino again!!
Hello, I did not think I was paying for internet, I thought it was INCLUDED in the AMENITY fee! Should have stayed at Comfort Inn, got free breakfast and as many devices hooked up to wifi that I wanted! I have to say that I was very surprised and disappointed with his attitude. He's like, I don't know about that but I do know that other hotels that you have to pay for internet you only get 1 device. And once you log in with say your laptop, you can only access the internet via the laptop for 24 hours, otherwise you have to pay! When I complained to the manager, Scott, that there was nothing on their website stating this, he was like, I'll look into it.and how is that going to help me now? I told him that I chose Sunset Station specifically for the wifi, and that Comfort Inn is not like that. Hotel Amenity Fee of $14.99 per night (plus tax) includes: Wired and Wireless High Speed In-Room Internet What they don't tell you on the website is that this is for 1 device only! If you have multiple devices, you have to PAY.
